$3600 to retrofit our lights! Just what will this amount buy? Glad to see something to be done with the lights but doubt $3600 will do what is needed.
The lights as they are now are useless as far as I can see.

I think they will need more than that to fix the light situation.  Downtown is very dark at night and it is hard to see people crossing the road.  Especially if they are not in a crosswalk and the situation near the Y and Stewarts is intolerable.  If something is not done, there will be a fatal pedestrian accident there.  They keep saying they are going to fix it but it does not happen
